1 oz Rhubarb syrup (homemade or store-bought)

1 oz Fresh lemon juice

Club soda
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
- Candied Rhubarb garnish also optional *Ive attempted to make this a few times. your sugar temp Has to be perfect in order to candy the product.
Build:
Shake gin, rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
