Rosemary Raspberry Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 5 fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 4 oz club soda

  • 1 dash aromatic bitters (optional)

  • Ice

Build:

  1. Muddle raspberries in a glass.

  2. Add rosemary syrup and lime juice.

  3. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda.

  4. Add a dash of aromatic bitters for a slight herbal complexity.

  5. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish:
Fresh rosemary sprig and a few whole raspberries
