Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz honey syrup

2 peach slices

4–5 mint leaves
Build:
Muddle peach slices and mint with lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker. Add bourbon and ice. Shake briefly and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish:
Peach slice and mint sprig.
