Ingredients:

2 oz white rum

2 oz fresh pineapple juice

1 oz lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

8–10 mint leaves

Soda water (to top)
Build:
Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Add rum, pineapple juice, and ice. Stir gently and top with soda water.
Garnish:
Pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
